Information for exhibition managers

We know from experience that this is a major layout in terms of size and cost. It was designed as such and would urge all prospective hirers to contact one of the members of the group to discuss options before commiting further. You can find our details on the contacts page of this site.

General / Size

Overall size is 24' x 12', the layout comes complete with drapes and is fully illuminated.

Transport

The layout is transported by Luton van. Charges will vary dependant on distance and duration of hire, please check with us as this can be a major consideration. Normally one or two cars are also used.

Operators

Normally a team of between four and six operators is needed, for long exhibitions more may be required.

Insurance Valuation

Please contact us for current valuation as this can vary dependant on stock and equipment used for each show.

Setting Up

Setting up time is usually 1-2 hours from arrival.

Power requirements

We normally request 2 x 13 amp sockets.  We will provide all extensions etc to cover everthing inside the area of operation.

Rolling stock

We have a large selection of stock covering most periods of “modern image” presentation therefore we can meet usually accommodate requests or we will just "Run what we brung"
